In order to apply for a professional license as a doctor in Germany, you have to take a technical language test, as trouble-free communication is of central importance for medical practice. It is crucial for a good working relationship between doctor and patient. In our medical language course C1, you will further develop the language skills you have acquired in the general language level B2 and practice communication between doctor and patient and technical discussions with colleagues.

In the technical language test, oral skills are tested, such as a dialogue between doctor and patient or between doctor and doctor, but also written skills relating to medical documentation. The examination is carried out by the state medical associations and is a little different depending on the state. We would be happy to explain the details to you.
